SUBSEA- INSULATION
Subsea products are designed to withstand incredibly high hydrostatic pressures while still providing optimum operational performance. Effective insulation of subsea structures and flow lines helps to maintain flow rates, optimize productivity and reduce processing costs.
By thermally insulating subsea equipment, especially in deep and ultra-deepwater field developments, production and operating efficiency can be enhanced by the reduction of wax formation, reduction of hydrate formation and reduction of processing costs.
Thermal Subsea Insulation is typically applied to: Wellheads, Xmas Trees, Manifolds, Jumpers & Spool Pieces, Flow Line End & Riser End, Terminations and Flange Connections.

HOT- INSULATION
In conventional power stations and nuclear power stations, boilers, piping, steam turbines and apparatus for storage tanks, chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries and steelworks, vessels and columns.
In mines: Piping, shaft and floor lines, and district heating lines.
In breweries: For fermentation and storage tanks, piping and apparatus. Environmental engineering: Sewage plants and sludge digesters.
Asbestos-free mineral wool spray insulation for turbine capsules and pumps.
Computerized pre-calculated insulation thick nesses, guaranteed mineral boil-off rates and heat losses.

COLD- INSULATION
Cold insulation for all types of storage tanks, in petrochemical plants, on piping and apparatus, in breweries for fermentation tanks, piping and apparatus, research and test equipment, test rooms, cryogenic wind tunnels and controlled climate test chambers. Materials used e.g.: Polyurethane, Polystyrene, Polyisocyanurate and Phenolic-foam.

CRYOGENIC- INSULATION
For application in: Natural gas plants (during liquefaction and purifying processing).
